SENIOR BANKING ASSISTANT
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
You should ideally:
- possess credit passes for English and Mathematics at the GCE O/L examination and three passes at the GCE A/L examination
- possess a full or part professional qualification in CIM, BSc Marketing, ICMS, CIMA, IBL, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
- have a minimum of two (02) years of relevant experience in BTL marketing and advertising
- have experience in the banking or financial services sector, which will be an added advantage
- possess prior experience in a BTL advertising agency or event management company
- be knowledgeable in branch branding, marketing activities, and merchandise management
- have strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
You will be mainly responsible for:
- managing overall branch branding across the branch network, My Space self-banking kiosks, and offsite ATMs
- developing and implementing branding strategies and annual marketing plans for branches, self-banking kiosks, and offsite ATMs
- visiting branches regularly and monitoring branding requirements to maintain consistent brand visibility and standards
- organizing and coordinating branch openings, relocations, refurbishments, and related branding activities
- managing the inventory, procurement, and replenishment of branded merchandise and BTL materials
- coordinating seasonal decorations, special branding projects, and event-related BTL branding initiatives
