TALENT MANAGEMENT

Educational Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development or Performance Management.
Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, stakeholder management and employee engagement.
Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Performance Management and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, planning and project coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS.
Knowledge of competency frameworks or succession planning will be an added advantage.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.
