Vacancy Post for IT Executive
About the role
An individual to join our Bismil Trading & Tailoring - Papua New Guinea is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced team member as an IT Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee daily IT operations and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, ensuring stability, security, and performance
- Manage end-user IT support, including hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Develop and enforce IT policies, data security protocols, and backup/disaster recovery procedures
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Plan and implement system upgrades and new technology solutions to support business needs
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance development for IT staff
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity best practices
- Management and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, network cabling, structured wiring, and printer repairs
- Execution and management of regular server backups
- Practical knowledge and experience working with ERP systems and QuickBooks
- Analyse, promote, and maintain monthly advertisements, including social media
- Prepare and manage the IT budget and report on IT operations to management
Requirements:
- HND in IT or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years' Proven experience in IT management.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, systems administration, and cybersecurity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Valid driving license required
- Muslim candidates preferred

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary package: US$ 900 to US$ 1,000
- Vacation (leave) will be granted after 2 years of service
- Visa and air ticket Cost Covered by the Company
- The company will provide food, accommodation & transport.
