Manager - Sales Administration
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee both sales operations support and human resources/administration activities, acting as a bridge between internal staff and executive leadership.
- Prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Work closely with the distribution teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Address Internal customer inquiries and resolve issues related to day to day work.
- Maintain and update databases and sales force automation systems.
- Ensure all sales activity comply with company policies and industry standards.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally in an Insurance company or Bank/Financial institution.
- A Degree/Certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and generate insights.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Internal customer service orientation and problem- solving abilities.
- Strong HR and salesforce management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross functional teams.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
