CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of building construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Supervise site operations and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and drive project execution with efficiency and excellence
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years in experience in large-scale building construction projects
- Candidates must hold Chartered Engineer membership from the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL)
