Sous Chef – Based at Ahangama
Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo.
We are looking for a Sous Chef based at Ahangama.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Contribute to menu development and mentor junior team members.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment.
- Proven expertise in both Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Strong culinary knowledge and leadership ability.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, keen attention to detail.
