Factory Manager

Requirements

• Male candidate
• preferably 35–45 years
• Degree/ Diploma /Production Management
• Industrial Management, Engineering, (degree is relevant to the Agriculture, or a related field is an advantage)
• 5 years of experience in a minimum manufacturing/production environment in related to the coir-based product industry
• Good management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage factory workers and production teams
• Language Professionally (In English)
• Good computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
