EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION (Danture)
CAREER PROFILE
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Ensure smooth production flow, material availability, inventory control, and minimum wastage.
- Monitor production performance and provide timely reports and updates to management.
- Lead and motivate production teams to improve productivity, discipline, and employee engagement.
- Implement Lean, 5S, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean / 5S / Quality Management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
