We Are Hiring: Income Auditor
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Income Auditor to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and reconciling all revenue transactions, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in safeguarding the hotel's revenue and supporting smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and reconcile daily revenue transactions from all hotel outlets.
- Review and verify the accuracy of postings, discounts, allowances, rebates, and complimentary checks.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily revenue and audit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and auditing standards.
- Investigate revenue discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Monitor cash overages/shortages and ensure proper reporting.
- Support the Finance Manager with month-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Conduct spot checks on outlets to verify accuracy of POS entries and compliance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all revenue reports and supporting documents for audit purposes.
Candidates should possess
- A graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Hotel environment (Local or Overseas)
- Working experience in Hotel PMS System as Opera
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independent
