Sales & Operations Manager — Kandy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of Gigalingua Lanka.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrolments and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and supervise teaching, administrative and facility staff.
- Manage class schedules, student registrations, attendance and academic activities.
- Handle student inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in operations, sales or business development.
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good English and Sinhala communication skills.
- Experience in education or training institutes is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Kandy.
