GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service oriented Guest Relations Executive to create memorable guest experiences and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building positive guest relationships, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, personalized, and professional arrival experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on concerns to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, special occasions, and personalized guest arrangements.
- Conduct guest visits and maintain regular communication with in-house guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, complaints, and special preferences.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and available experiences to guests.
- Support guest satisfaction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and grooming requirements.
Candidates should possess :
- Diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 Years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns tactfully.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
