1. RESIDENCES MANAGER – MALE
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a luxury hotel, resort, or serviced residence.
- Previous experience in residence/resort operations, guest relations, and property management will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel/reservation systems will be an added advantage.
2. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – MALE
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a reputed hotel or luxury resort.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, guest relations, and front office operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
3. SALES EXECUTIVE – (MALE / FEMALE)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hotel, resort, travel, or tourism industry.
- Experience in hotel/resort sales, corporate sales, travel-agent relationships, and group bookings will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the Sri Lankan tourism and hospitality market will be an advantage.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
