Job responsibilities – Kitchen Staff
- Easten & Western foods ( Fine dining preparations & presentation is essential )with the Set menu & Ala carte meal preparations.
- Maintain food quality Service standard, presentation & cost control, hygiene in the relevant departments.
- Maintain proper stock & purchasing practice for above all positions.
Requirements
- Age below 45 years.
- Diploma qualification or Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 02 years and above experience at a star class hotel.
- communication skills in English.
- Good Salary & service charge , Basic accommodation & duty meals will be provided to the selected candidates.
