FACTORY ACCOUNTANT AT ANURADHAPURA

We are looking for a energetic, dynamic self-starter for the post of Factory Accountant. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years’ experience in management accounting in a manufacturing environment, running an ERP system. He Should be a member or passes finalist of a reputed accounting body.

• Ownership for the Budgeting process.
• Provide decision support to all stakeholders, providing timely information and assisting in developing and monitoring actions plan.
• Develop a standard costing approach for budgeting and fine-tuning product costings.
• Develop a system for exceptional reporting.
• Assist the Factory Manager in monitoring and reporting of factory efficiencies.
• Drive cost saving initiatives across the organisation.
• Lead KPI discussions and highlight significant variances for discussion and corrective action.
• Develop and ensure SOPs and processes are place to facilitate smooth transition to a fully integrated ERP system.
• Lead factory core team in the ERP implementation.
