Assistant Manager – Restaurant (Male)
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Pass G.C.E A/L in any Stream
- Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management / F&B Management from SLITHM or any recognized institute - Added Advantage
- Minimum Over 5 Years’ Experience as Restaurant Supervisor / Captain / Assistant Manager Experience in a Reputed Restaurant / Hotel / Fast Food Chain
- Proactive result orient and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Proven team player with ability to engage with and drive the best from office colleagues.
- Age not to exceed 35 years.
Supervisor/ Captain – Restaurant (Male/Female)
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Pass G.C.E O/L - 6 Passes (Maths & English must)
- Must have Smart & Well-Groomed Personality, No Visible Tattoo
- Must have Good Communication Skills. (Sinhala/English)
- Minimum 1 - 2 Years’ Experience as Captain / Supervisor / Senior Waiter in a Hotel / Restaurant / Fast Food Chain
- Fresher with SLITHM Certificate can also apply as Trainee Captain
- Full Knowledge of F&B Service (Table Setting, Order Taking, Serving)
- Handling Restaurant Floor / Section Independently
- Guiding Waiters / Stewards
- POS System & KOT / BOT Handling
- Daily Sales Reporting to Manager
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene.
- Age not to exceed 35 years.
Stewards (Experience) – Restaurant (Male/Female)
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Pass G.C.E O/L with 6 Subjects
- Height: Male 5'5" / Female 5'2" Minimum
- Well Groomed, Clean Look, No Visible Tattoo
- Minimum 1 Year Experience as Steward / Waiter / Waitress in Hotel / Restaurant / Coffee Shop / Fast Food.
- Table Setup (Fine Dining & Casual)
- Greeting Guests, Menu Presentation
- Order Taking (KOT) & Serving Food & Beverage
- POS Billing & Handling Cash / Card
- Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP Basic)
Assistant Accountant (Male)
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Should be a Graduate in Accounting from reputed University Or Institute in Sri Lanka
- Full Or Part qualification of CA/CIMA/HNDA
- Minimum 6 years’ experience handling Finance or internal auditing section.
- Familiar with Computerized Accounting System (QB/SAP etc.)
- Good Oral and Written communication skills in English/Sinhala
- Proactive, result driven and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Proven team player with ability to engage with and drive the best from office colleagues.
- Age not to exceed 35 years.
Internal Auditor (Male)
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Should be a Graduate in Accounting from reputed University Or Institute in Sri Lanka
- Sufficient qualification of CA/CIMA/HNDA
- Minimum 7 years’ experience handling internal auditing section.
- Familiar with Computerized Accounting System (QB/SAP etc.)
- Good Oral and Written communication skills in English/Sinhala
- Proactive, result driven and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Proven team player with ability to engage with and drive the best from office colleagues.
- Age not to exceed 40 years.
