EXECUTIVE - SALES
Sasiri Polysacks (Pvt) Ltd is one of the leading Manufacturers & Suppliers of Woven Polypropylene Bags, Leno Mesh Bags, Fruit Net Bags and Laminated Bags in Sri Lanka. We export our products to International Market and also supplement the requirement of leading manufacturers of Polysacks Bags.
We are seeking a self- motivated, energetic individual with the perfect blend of skills and competencies to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contacting potential and existing customers to promote business for the company
- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
- Maintain exemplary relationship with customers
- Able to look for new business opportunities and propose new products to meet the changing demands of the market
- Handling customer queries, inquiries and complaints
- Meeting monthly sales targets set by the company
- Participating in sales team meetings and updating customers and market information
Skills
- Excellent Command of the English language both written and spoken
- Strong communication and Presentation skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Commercial awareness
- The ability to think creatively and strategically
- Good networking and PR skills
- Self- motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
- Resilience to market challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

Education/ Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing and sales from a recognized university or an institute
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales is a must in the manufacturing field / having experience in the packaging industry will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office package
