We are BOI approved leading apparel manufacturer in Sri Lanka operating for more than 26 years in the industry with a remarkable history. Currently we cater to world-renowned retailers in USA, Europe and Australia. Our product portfolio consists of Active wear, Casualwear, Outerwear, Loungewear and Intimate products as well. Our state-of-the-art production facilities are located in Ibbagamuwa, Kurunegala and Seeduwa, Katunayaka.
We are in a process of putting together a team of dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated leaders who will achieve their vision by supporting our business operation at Ibbagamuwa factory.
PATTERN MAKER (Ibbagamuwa- Kurunegala)
Desired profile
- Create patterns and grading according to the customer’s specification and grading rule base on T&A
- Follow a smooth pattern making process from development to bulk approved stage and hand over the final pattern to the production
- Facilitate costing, sampling and ordering processes by providing accurate patterns and other relevant document in a timely manner
- Participate for fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols
- Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated at each cycle to achieve the expected fit requirements
- Contribute to factory engagement points by providing accurate product related information and timely follow up on agreed actions
- Work with Technician, Garment technologist and Industrial Engineers to establish improve quality and technical standards for the development and production of new styles within the manufacturing facilities.
Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma / Certificated Couse in pattern making & grading or textile and clothing any other institute
- Candidate should have 3 years of extensive experience in pattern making in a reputed company
- Hands on experience in 2D patterns in Lectra system
- Experience in pattern making for dresses & Jackets will be an added advantage
- Team player with high level of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills
