Sipway Campus – Kurunegala
We are looking for an energetic and strategic marketing professional who can take ownership of our marketing activities, generate new opportunities and contribute directly to the growth of Sipway Campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, student inquiries and conversion activities.
- Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with schools, tuition centres, students, parents and external partners.
- Organize seminars, education fairs, school visits, workshops and promotional events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and achieve agreed KPIs.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional qualification in Marketing such as CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing, preferably in the education/higher education sector.
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, lead generation or business development will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and external promotions.
