KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food Cost & Recipe Costing
- Stock & Inventory Control
- COGS, Wastage & Variance Analysis
- Purchase & Supplier Price Analysis
- POS & Sales Reconciliation
- P&L & Profitability Reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3+ years relevant experience
- F&B / Restaurant accounting preferred
- Strong Excel & analytical skills
- POS / inventory system knowledge
- CIMA / ACCA / CA an advantage
