Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, well-experienced and professionally presented Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

n- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
n- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality sales leads.
n- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups professionally.
n- Coordinate digital marketing activities and support property sales.
n- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and marketing performance.

Requirements

n- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales or business development.
n- Excellent spoken and written English.
n- Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
n- Professional appearance, pleasant personality and positive attitude.
n- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
n- Experience in real estate or property development will be a distinct advantage.
n- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
n- The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
