Project Coordinator & Technical Consultant
- Location: Kurunegala
- Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, technically competent professional to manage client consultations, coordinate design and construction requirements, maintain strong client relationships, and provide practical solutions to technical challenges throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and provide technical guidance on house design and construction.
- Coordinate architectural designs, estimates, quotations, and construction proposals.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and solve technical problems at construction sites.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, QS teams, and site staff.
- Handle client concerns and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Develop new project opportunities through client relationships and professional networking.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction, architectural drawings, and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate project teams and manage client expectations.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: LKR 150,000 – 200,000
Additional project bonuses and commissions based on performance.
