SOUTHERN /KURUNEGALA – SECURITY OPERATION MANAGER

What is Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experience security operation manager to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations within factory premises. Ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols
• Manage and supervise security personnel
• Conduct regular risk assessment and recommend security improvements
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment
• Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies, providing effective solutions

Skills and knowledge

• Proven experience in security management roles
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols and risk management practices Excellent leadership and team management skills, handling high pressure situations and make quick decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with relevant laws and regulations related to the security
• Knowledge of security related equipment such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance system
• Should be less than 40 years of age
• Recently retired Major or Captain of the Army are encouraged to apply
