TECHNICAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

Immediate Requirement

Join Our Team! We are looking for the right person to join our team and fill an immediate vacancy in Our Pallkele-Kandy and Veyangoda Plants. If you are interested and believe you are the right candidate, please contact us today.

Key Requirements

• Manage and coordinate technical operations to achieve production and quality requirements.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to customer specifications and approved standards.
• Coordinate with production, quality, merchandising and other relevant departments.
• Identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes and improve efficiency and product quality.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualification in Apparel, Textile, Production, Quality Management or a related field.
• Required minimum 3 experience in the apparel manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of apparel production processes and quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
