Wealth Manager - Rathnapura
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Oversee branch operations and ensure service excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the banking or finance services sector
- Proven track record in sales or branch management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
- Candidates up to 35 years of age are preferred
- A Degree/Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage
