Vacancy for Production Executive (Koggala)

Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Production Manager or Head of Production on all matters pertaining to manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Responsible for executing production schedules on the manufacturing and packaging floor.
- Assist the Production and QA Managers in implementing and ensuring compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices on the production floor.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements.
- Assist the Production Manager in the continuous training and development of production staff.
- Assist the Production Manager in reviewing and establishing production procedures and SOPs.
- Ensure that all BMRs, BPRs and other relevant documents are completed accurately and on time immediately upon completion of each batch.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on troubleshooting, investigations and preventive maintenance of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Maintain production areas to the required standards in accordance with defined cleaning procedures.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Science (BPharm, BSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a similar discipline).
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work extended hours as and when required.
- Ability to read, comprehend, write and communicate effectively in English.
