Join our team as an Executive-Quality Assurance, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest customer quality standards. In this dynamic position, you will oversee quality assurance procedures, facilitate real-time problem-solving, and drive continuous improvements through standardized processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will coach leaders, guide on product and process knowledge, and support digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency. Your expertise will ensure products align with customer specifications, meet performance expectations, and adhere to established SOPs and STWs, all while fostering a culture of excellence.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics, with 1–2 years of experience and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
