Miami Exports (Private) Limited, a leading apparel manufacturer based in Sri Lanka, is recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainability. With a strong presence in the UK and European markets, we specialize in producing stylish and high-quality garments.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Human Resource Manager & Assistant Human Resource Manager at our factory in Weligama, Matara.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management in a similar capacity.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge in labor handling, liaising with the Labour Department and other government institutions.
• Strategic thinking in recruitment and innovative ideas to reduce labor turnover (LTO).
