A LUXURY BOUTIQUE VILLA IN TALPE IS HIRING
HEAD CHEF
JOB ROLE
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Private Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Chef.
- Experience in a luxury villa, boutique hotel, resort or high-end hospitality environment will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan and International cuisine.
- Ability to prepare personalized meals for international guests.
- Excellent knowledge of food presentation and portion control.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Strong menu planning and food-cost management skills.
- Flexibility to work according to guest schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Processing a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the hospitality in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Experience in both hot & cold kitchen.
- Age: Preferably below 50 years.
- Preferably candidates from Galle area and Unawatuna and Ahangama area.
