A newly built 25 room luxury Ayurveda hotel in Rekawa, Tangalle with European clientele has the following vacancies :-
Chef / Sous Chef ( Sri Lankan cuisine)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation
- Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory, ordering and waste management
- Maintain strict standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- 5 years of experience in leading kitchen operations
