• Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine)
• Sous Chef (Asian Cuisine)
• DCDP / CDP (Italian / Asian / Hot)

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or a relevant hospitality qualification is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Italian or Asian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Genuine passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
