We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewarding Associate to join our team at Southbeach Weligama. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen and stewarding areas.
Responsibilities include washing and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal, and supporting the kitchen team in maintaining smooth daily operations. The role also involves following food safety and hygiene standards, handling cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised. We're seeking a dedicated individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work well as part of a team.
