98 Acres Resort & Spa - Ella
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages immediately and according to company service standards.
- Ensure guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1–2 years of luxury boutique experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
