ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in the Microfinance industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in:
    • RBL Products
    • Micro Loans
    • Vehicle Loans
    • Home Appliance Loans
    • Good leadership and branch operational skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage customer relationships effectively
