RESTAURANT & FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
- Minimum 6 years + experience in Restaurant & F&B operations in a Hotel / Restaurant
- Good English & Sinhala communication & interpersonal skills
- Good leadership & Supervisory skills are very essential
- Able to handle day to day operations smoothly & efficiently
- Thorough knowledge of F&B service standards, with the ability to take food orders & efficiently assign tasks to stewards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to lead, motivate & supervise the Team effectively
- Age below 40 years
STEWARD/STEWARDESS
- Minimum 3 years + experience in a recognized Hotel or Restaurant
- Age below 40 years
RESTAURANT CASHIER
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier in a hotel or restaurant
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Age below 40 years
CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER/HOSTESS
- Welcome & greet guests upon arrival & arrange seating
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar position
- Good English & Sinhala communication & interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, well groomed with a positive attitude
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience & handle customer feedback professionally
- Coordinate with the Restaurant team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a friendly, professional, & welcoming atmosphere
- Age below 30 years
PART-TIME ACCOUNTANT/AUDITOR – FINAL ACCOUNTS
- Work on a fixed term contract to handle final account preparation & audit-related work
REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude & excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of the Team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Previous experience in a recognized Restaurant / Hotel experience is essential
- Applicants living in/around Colombo with motorcycle will be an added qualification
