EXECUTIVE - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
InQuBe is a global apparel innovation company with capabilities in Design, Technology Incubation and execution at scale. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze design features, garment proportions, and technical specifications to develop accurate and production-ready patterns.
- Create and modify patterns using industrial pattern-making software while ensuring compliance with design and customer requirements.
- Perform pattern grading according to customer specifications, size charts, and fit standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patterns meet product quality, fit, and manufacturing requirements.
- Apply knowledge of garment construction and intimate apparel manufacturing techniques, including molding, bonding, laser cutting, and other specialized processes.
- Review and interpret technical packs, construction details, and customer comments to support product development activities.
- Conduct fit evaluations and fit validation sessions, identify fit issues, and implement pattern corrections as required.
- Ensure all development activities are completed in line with Time & Action (T&A) calendars and project milestones.
- Monitor and follow up on pattern development, sampling, and fitting activities to ensure timely execution and delivery.
- Maintain pattern accuracy, consistency, and documentation throughout the product development process.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology.
- Pattern development expertise for intimates.
- One or Two years of industry experience in product development centre with above skill.
