Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in interlock paving / laying.
- Good knowledge of ground preparation, sub-base and sand bedding.
- Familiar with setting levels, slopes and drainage.
- Experience in using cutting machines, plate compactors and related tools.
- Ability to manage a labour team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of site measurements and reporting.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Age below 45 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise interlock laying activities at site.
- Ensure proper ground preparation, sub-base and sand bedding.
- Check levels, slopes and drainage as per design.
- Monitor quality of laying, cutting and compaction.
- Coordinate with the team, suppliers and clients.
- Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
- Ensure safety, timely completion and proper use of materials and equipment.
