We seek dynamic & self-motivated team player to be a part of our in the following position.
QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement & maintain an effective Quality Management system to enhance product quality, optimize production processes to reduce defects.
- Identify, investigate & analyze product defects, working closely with production team to find root causes & implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits and ensure the consistent delivery of high quality materials and components.
- Initiate, head improvements projects to streamline production processes, increase efficiency and minimize quality issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, inspection, records and corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations, standards & certifications in the paper industry.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience Required
- Batchelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent professional qualifications in a related field.
- Prior experience in quality assurance or quality control roles with at least 3 years in executive position.
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Management System in manufacturing industry, ISO, Environmental & Sustainability Standards.
- Strong analytical & problem solving abilities to identify & reduce quality issues effectively.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Corporate with Immediate Supervisor towards to achieve quality objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Male candidate below 35 years.
