Technical Data Processing Intern (Front End Operations)

Your Role:
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and product-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare accurate and meaningful reports to support operational planning and effective decision-making.
- Assist in maintaining and updating technical data, operational records, and related documentation.
- Monitor operational performance and highlight trends, inconsistencies, risks, or areas requiring attention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a smooth and efficient process flow across operations.
- Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of day-to-day operational issues and exceptional situations in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute practical and innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives through data analysis, process evaluation, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of business, product, and operational information.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and provide regular progress updates to the reporting manager.
Profile & Qualifications
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Information Technology, Data Science, Physical Science, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes, technical workflows, and product-data management systems.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows, prepare reports and data summaries, support day-to-day problem-solving, and contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. This role offers practical exposure to technical data management, manufacturing operations, and data-driven decision-making within a collaborative working environment.
