Business Development Executive – B2B
Male Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements :
- CIM, SLIM qualifications, or relevant qualifications in Marketing.
- Good knowledge of English and effective communication skills.
- A valid motorbike driving licence.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development will be an added advantage.
Customer Relations Executive – B2B
Female Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries.
- Coordinate customer orders, quotations, and follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements :
- CIM, SLIM qualifications, or relevant qualifications in Marketing.
- Must have successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
- Good knowledge of English and effective communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude and a professional approach.
- Previous experience in customer relations or B2B client management will be an added advantage.
