Join Our Team - Assistant Manager – Production

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager – Production to join our Manufacturing team and help maintain the highest standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production section operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor raw material usage, batch preparation, and production activities as per BMRs.
- Ensure product quality by adhering to GMP, ISO, and company quality standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor production team members to maintain productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and other relevant departments to meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of batch production, equipment usage, and process deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a production role, preferably in Cosmetics or Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely batch completion.
- Preference will be given to male candidates within the age group of 25 to 40 and residing close to Bandaragama and Horana areas.
