Join our Legal & Governance team and play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives. You will draft and review contracts, advise on legal and governance matters, collaborate with external counsel and regulatory authorities, and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and incorporations. You will also help strengthen corporate governance practices and ensure compliance across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure to commercial, corporate and regulatory matters while contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing business.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified Attorney-at-Law with strong legal and commercial acumen with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity. An LL.B. degree from a recognised university would be an added advantage.
