Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Development.
Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO) and experience in improving website rankings on search engines.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and performance reporting tools.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Experience in website development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Experience in Shopify (store setup, customization, and basic troubleshooting) will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of website speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and UX/UI best practices.
Experience with landing page creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or other web development technologies will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
