We are a growing fintech providing merchant cash advance solutions to Sri Lankan SMEs through an established payment network — our product is live and scaling. We are looking for a Merchant Success & Recovery Executive to manage merchant relationships across recovery, servicing and origination. You will engage merchants through inbound and outbound calls, manage repayment shortfalls, negotiate recovery arrangements, support funded merchants and convert qualified leads into new advances. The role reports to the Head of Operations.
Previous experience in a recovery office, collections department, receivables or call centre environment, with proven experience handling inbound and outbound recovery/collections calls. Experience negotiating repayments and resolving payment-related issues. Comfortable with sales, merchant engagement and closing. Fluent Sinhala is essential; English and/or Tamil is an advantage. Numerate, organised, resilient and confident in handling difficult conversations, and comfortable working in a fast-growing fintech environment.
