Job Profile
- Oversee and manage end-to-end gold loan operations at the branch
- Drive business growth by achieving assigned gold loan targets
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
- Maintain high levels of customer service and effective client relationship management
- Supervise daily operational activities and ensure process efficiency
- Manage overdue accounts and recovery of guaranteed gold loans
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three (03) years' proven experience in Gold Loan services
- Sound knowledge of gold loan procedures, compliance, and risk management
