Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigations, fraud risk assessments, and compliance-related engagements.
- Plan engagement activities, supervise team members, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Participate in client meetings, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare work papers, presentations, and client-ready reports.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and practice development initiatives.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Forensics, Audit, Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, Compliance, Investigations, or related professional services.
- Qualified or finalist in a recognized professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
- Strong report-writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and communicate findings effectively.
