Assignment Basis

Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau is an organization under the purview of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation established for the objective of providing Consultancy & Support Services for Local & International clients. We have been in business for over two decades and during the time we have grown to be a reputed organization by successfully completing high priority Consultancy and Support Services for Government and Non- Government Organizations in Sri Lanka. Our vision is to rank our company among the top ten entities in South Asia by the year 2030.

We call upon confident individuals with the following criteria to join our team as a Consultancy Assignment on Assignment Basis to achieve our goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Age below 30 years
• Good command of English language is required.
• Excellent proficiency in Sinhala typing, as well as in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point are essential prerequisites.
• Knowledge in EPF and ETF procedures will be an added advantage.
• Good communication with interpersonal skills
• Must be capable of performing effectively in a challenging work environment, with the flexibility to meet tight deadlines, including working late hours and on weekends when required.
• Good organization skills
• Envoy aptitude, proactive, self – driven Team player and able to work with less supervision
• Residence in Colombo will be considered an added advantage

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Degree in the field of HR recognized by the UGC or an equivalent qualification to the Degree recognized by the UGC.
