Job profile
- Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety orientations, inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
- Support safety training programs and toolbox talks.
- Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and preventive action planning.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should have completed a certified Safety Course from IOSH / NIOSH / ECOSH or any other equivalent from recognized institution.
- Good knowledge & skills of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent Communication skills in English both oral and written form.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Proactive attitude towards safety and compliance.
- Demonstrates a dynamic personality, effective interpersonal abilities, and strong teamwork skills.
- Age below 45 years.
- Preference will be given to Retired Non-Commission Officers of Armed Forces will also be encouraged to apply.
- Above vacancies are available in our Projects located in Seeduwa & Jaffna (Palaly Airport Project).
