EXECUTIVE – HR, LEGAL & LABOUR

A reputed company in Colombo invites applications from a vibrant, responsible and career-focused individual to join our team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Below 35 years of age
• Minimum 01year relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, EPF/ETF and HR practices
• Computer Literacy is a MUST, with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Email
• Willing and confident to attend Court cases, Labour Department inquiries and legal proceedings
• Ability to handle employee insurance matters, claims and related documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of English & Sinhala
