The Job Role
- Promote and sell freight and logistics services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Accompany and support junior sales staff during client visits, meetings, negotiations and drive & guide them to achieve set targets.
- Achieve given sales targets.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
- Proven experience in developing new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Experience in conducting client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
- Diploma / Degree or Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to successfully close business leads.
