Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Profile

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with clients and advertising agencies. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the station's reach across new markets and platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Roles

• Plan, coordinate, and achieve the monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
• Prepare and present client proposals.
• Actively pursue new clients and reactivate past advertisers.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to the management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing, preferably in media, or advertising.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
